Colburn’s Pasadena studio features the "Rolls Royce" of pianos, a new Bosendorfer Imperial concert grand which is 9'6" with 8 extra keys and a truly brilliant sound. She has vast and eclectic musical knowledge and repertoire, with special affinity for Mozart, Liszt, Chopin and Gershwin. From performing and collaborating with the Los Angeles Philharmonic to Macy Gray, she demonstrates passion and finesse in a great variety of musical styles and genres. In addition to standard private piano lessons, she coaches vocalists and instrumentalists in all styles. She also works with performers seeking rehearsal or special coaching for auditions, competitions, performances, recordings, films, and videos.Colburn students also network, learn from their colleagues and develop friendships and musical partnerships by attending Master Classes and recitals.
